The goal of this workshop is to co-develop a Bread Education Network to share knowledge, curricula and practical skills to use bread and biodiversity as a theme for learning history, hands-on science, artisan baking, youth entrepreneurship and community building.

Eli, author of ‘Restoring Heritage Grains’, collects and conserves ancient grains and food traditions in the Mideast and Caucasus Mountains. She co-manages the Seed Ark Farm with Cr Lawn, founder of fedcoseeds.com.
