Ellie Markovitch and Amy Halloran explore an intuitive approach to bread baking. Amy covers the histories of flour and recipes and Ellie shows how these ideas apply to your daily bread. We will help you develop confidence in sourdough and yeasted bread doughs, and look forward to exploring the process together.
