I've developed Owl Peak Farm, a 501c3, owlpeakfarm.com, over the past 20 years, settling into grains and milling this season.
We grow blue corn, Sonora white wheat, turkey red, pinto and bolita beans, garlic, potatoes, and have a hardy flock of chickens for eggs in the arid high desert.
Our consumer is local, food banks, and small markets and bakeries, and we cook meals for the village of La Madera, NM.
